DO YOU HAVE A MINIMUM SPEND?

Our design packages begin at $8,000 (2023) during peak season (MAY TO OCTOBER), a-la-carte options are available during the off season.


WHAT AREAS DO YOU SERVICE?

The entire world! Our headquarters is located in Toronto enabling us to hustle hard in the city. We have a second studio in Northern Ontario where we bring our whimsical garden inspired designs to the Muskoka, Parry Sound and North Bay districts. However, our hearts feed off of executing destination weddings and we have done so in Europe, New York, Newfoundland & Mexico.


DO YOU HAVE ANY RENTAL ITEMS?

We specialize in rental items related to our floral designs (vases, arches, installation structures and containers) as well as taper candles, pillar candles & tea-lights.


DO YOU CHARGE FOR DELIVERY?

Delivery is one of the hardest parts of being a florist and we do need to be compensated for our time. Delivery rates are calculated based on a percentage of your total bill, quantity of stop-offs and location.


ONCE WE MEET, HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE A QUOTE?

Since we are such a small team, quotes generally take two to ten days to complete.


CAN I POSTPONE MY WEDDING IF GOVERNMENT GATHERING RESTRICTIONS ARE IN PLACE?

In short, yes. Please contact us to chat more about the process, we are happy to answer any questions and aid with concerns.

WHERE DO WE MEET FOR CONSULTATIONS?

Most consultations are done virtually.


A FAMILY MEMBER IS GOING TO MAKE MY CENTREPIECES, ARE YOU ABLE TO JUST MAKE THE BOUQUETS?

In order to keep the integrity of our portfolio we only offer full service weddings. We would never want to be accidentally credited for someone else’s work and vice-versa.


WHAT IS THE DEPOSIT AMOUNT IN ORDER TO SECURE YOU FOR OUR WEDDING DATE?

To book us for your big day, a 20% (non-refundable) deposit is required to hold the date


ARE YOU ABLE TO MAKE A SAMPLE OF WHAT MY CENTREPIECE WILL LOOK LIKE?

We work with a farm to florist approach and therefore, flower availability changes weekly. Your sample will be similar in colour, but size (flowers can big bigger in certain months) and floral varieties will not be the same. Samples are not included in our packages but can be added for an additional fee.


CAN WE USE OUR OWN VASES?

If you are looking to source your own vases, they would have to be approved with us first to ensure that their shape and size can accommodate our design style.


Our quotes include rental containers unless otherwise requested.

CAN WE GIVE AWAY OUR CENTREPIECES AT THE END OF THE NIGHT?


We take on a limited amount of weddings each year to ensure the highest quality in service & design, therefore our calendar fills up quickly. To secure your date, a deposit is required.

ONCE I RECEIVE MY QUOTE, HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO SECURE YOU AS OUR FLORIST?


CAN YOU USE CHEAPER FLOWERS TO BRING THE QUOTE DOWN?

In order to keep the integrity of our portfolio we do not offer “cheaper” floral combinations. Our garden inspired recipes include flowers at all different price points and together create what you see in our designs.


Once the contract is signed, you can make any adjustments providing the quote does not decrease more than 30%. All installations & on-site design work must be finalised by April 1st.

CAN I MAKE ADJUSTMENTS ONCE I SIGN MY CONTRACT?


Providing you have your venue booked and an idea of colours & style we can chat anytime. We begin to fully book up about 12 months prior to the wedding date.

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I BOOK WITH YOU?


We thrive by forming deep connections with our clients in order to design with purpose and create floral arrangements that reflect your style and who you are as people. This being said, every wedding is custom and there are no set packages.

DO YOU HAVE ANY PACKAGES?


Pinterest is the best tool to prepare for your floral consult. By pinning different palettes, centrepieces, bouquets and ceremony decor, we will have a head start at creating your design plan. We are happy to provide you with our general pricing guide so that you can have an idea of all of the areas that may need florals.

WHAT CAN I DO TO PREPARE FOR MY WEDDING CONSULT?


Our design style is strongly represented throughout our portfolio and instagram (click here.) It is what we do best and what we pride ourselves on. If it is not your cup of tea, we are happy to provide recommendations for florists who may better suit your vision.

CAN YOU MAKE FLOWER ARRANGEMENTS THAT ARE MORE COMPACT WITH NO FLOWERS “STICKING OUT”?


By knowing your budget, we can make suggestions on ways to fit within it during our initial consultation. If your quote comes in over budget, we are happy to make suggestions on ways to cut cost.
