WHAT TIME WILL MY FLOWERS BE DELIVERED?

Deliveries begin to arrive after 1pm. Our courier guarantees that flowers being delivered to residences will arrive before 6:00pm and before 4:30pm to businesses.


ARE YOU ABLE TO ACCOMMODATE SAME DAY DELIVERY?

Orders need to be placed before 4pm on the day prior to the desired delivery/pick up date. Since we are closed Sundays, orders for deliveries on Monday need to be placed by 4pm on Saturday. If you would like to place an order on shorter notice, there is a chance that we may be able to accommodate but please call 416-985-8355 to check on availability.


WHAT DAYS DO YOU DELIVER?

We deliver everyday except Sundays and Tuesdays.


IS IT POSSIBLE TO PICK UP MY ORDER?

Yes you can! Our studio is located at 1232 Dupont St. and you are welcome to pick up during business hours.


ARE YOU AVAILABLE FOR DELIVERY OR PICK UP ON HOLIDAYS?

Sadly we are not.


ARE YOU ABLE TO CALL BEFORE THE DELIVERY IS MADE TO ENSURE SOMEONE IS HOME?

Most certainly, just let us know when you place your order.


WHAT HAPPENS IF THE RECIPIENT IS NOT HOME?

If the recipient is not home, flowers will be left at the door (providing it is not below zero degrees) or left with a neighbour (we will let you know who.) If we are unable to do so, the flowers will be returned to our shop where they can be picked up. If you would like the flowers to be sent out again the following day, additional delivery charges will apply.

To ensure a flawless delivery, we recommend ensuring someone is available to receive the flowers before it goes out on delivery. If delivering to a condo, please check if the concierge accepts deliveries.


CAN I REQUEST A SPECIFIC DELIVERY TIME?

We can generally request that flowers be delivered “after” or “before” a certain time but we cannot give exact timing.


WILL I BE NOTIFIED WHEN MY ORDER HAS BEEN DELIVERED?

Once the order has been accepted by the recipient you will receive an email confirmation.


AM I ABLE TO CANCEL AN ORDER ONCE I HAVE PLACED IT?

Because things are custom made for you, we will need 48 hours notice to cancel an order. If cancelled, you will receive a store credit that can be used towards a future order. If the order is cancelled within less than 48 hours of the delivery date we can most likely re-route it to yourself or another friend.


HOW DO I LOOK AFTER MY FLOWERS?

  • Refill & change water daily.

  • Keep in cool environment

  • Avoid direct sunlight


WHAT FLOWERS WILL YOU BE USING IN MY ORDER?

The seasons and fields determine our colour palettes each week and therefore no arrangement is alike. We strive to work with as much local product as possible using a farm to florist approach. If flowers are sourced from afar, we work solely with ethical growers.
