I could not be more proud to be a part of my girl Scarlet O’Neill’s Love (Actually) exhibit at The Gladstone Hotel. This is one truly incredible exhibit and a unique “wedding show” where you will get to feel all of the most emotional parts of real weddings and learn about each vendor involved in them. I strongly stand behind the idea that you need to have an emotional connection with your vendors and what better way than to see first hand real moments.
My Love (Actually) moment is when I saw my very best friend on her wedding day and handed off her bouquet.
After a full week of working until 2am (after my day job) to complete each piece using every ounce of creativity my body holds, I was a little bit of an emotional mess. Upon exiting the elevator, I told myself that “this is the moment, hold your shit together” and I completely failed.
Scarlet O’Neill was there to capture every morning of this most magical/train wreck of moment. This moment was real, it was raw and there is so much love that no one had a dry eye in the room.
This is what weddings are about.
